Group Photo – Summer Camp 2020
Keeping the tradition, in 2020 we also had a group photo!
Rinpoche suggested that Summer Camp participants could gather in smaller groups, for group practice and further discussion on the topic. Below a list of times and practices the local English, Italian, and German-speaking Bodhicharya groups will be doing during the five days of teachings.
Hours are given in local time
London and Kent group
Every evening at 7pm (UK time) – Discussion and Shamatha meditation
Each day during Summer Camp, we will spend some time reflecting on Rinpoche’s teachings together as a group for approximately one and a half hours.
There will also be some guidance practice in Shamatha, exploring breath, body, sounds, thoughts and objectless awareness over the 5 days.
All are welcome to attend these groups as is helpful and convenient to you and your practice. We hope to see you there.

Bosham Group – Guided Group Meditation and Reflecting On Rinpoche’s Teaching
From the 29th to the 1st at 5pm (UK time) – Guided group meditation practice for between 20 – 30 minutes. For those who wish to stay on after the meditation, the group can reflect on and discuss Rinpoche’s teaching that day.
In the spirit of Ri-me, we will play a number of different guided meditations from different teachers and different traditions. After this we have whatever time remains to reflect on, share points of interest and generally having a chat about the days teachings. (If there are any burning questions that did not get answered at the teaching – I can collect them at this point and forward them. If there is time Rinpoche will address them the next day).
